Length of nylon section: 31 1/4 inches (794mm) Height 4 15/16 inches (125mm). Thickness of wood rails 5/8 inches (15mm). Asford offers reeds in the following dents per inch: The 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10 dpi (10, 20, 30 and 40/10cm) reeds feature the wide eye for novelty yarns. The fine 12.5dpi (50/10cm) and extra fine 15dpi (60/10) are available for finer warp threads. dpi (dents per inch): Number of warp threads per inch the reed will hold.
