While protection will vary based on your activities, most folks will get 12-hours or longer of odor protection per application. 

Usage: We're not going to tell you how to apply deodorant. Just make a few swipes under your pits and go own the day smelling how a man should! Don't over-apply, a few swipes will do it. If you've never used a natural deodorant before there might be an acclimation period while your body adjusts. Based on your activity level you can certainly reapply if necessary.
